Hello!  My name is Amy and welcome to my shop, CuteLikeCherries.  Remember in school there was always a girl in your class you could always, withour fail, ask to borrow a pen?  Well I was that girl.  I love stationery and I like cute and cool things.  CuteLikeCherries just seemed logical. 

So after much umm-ing and ahh-ing, I decided to take the plunge and launched in May 2007 as an eBay shop (which some of you may remember).  Occassionally, I coerce my brothers to help me with some of the more technical web stuff, but apart from that, I run this operation by myself.  So here is CuteLikeCherries in it's latest incarnation.  Hope you all enjoy and thank you for stopping by!

FAQs

Q: How do I pay for my order?

A: CuteLikeCherries accepts PayPal which is a secure payment option and supports many of the major credit and debit cards.  You do not need a PayPal account to pay for your goods.  See http://www.paypal.co.uk for more information.

Q: How is my order delivered? (UK only.  International customers see final FAQ)

A: Delivery is based on weight and size.  Orders are dispatched via Recorded Delivery so a signature will be required upon receipt.  The following table details our postage tariff.  The last weight range is only applicable to very heavy orders (e.g: The Tea-for-One sets).  All prices are packaging inclusive.

Q: How long does delivery take? (UK only.  International customers see final FAQ)

A: Dispatch is usually within 24 hours (or the next working day) and delivery times are as follows -   First Class packets: 1-2 working days; Standard Parcels: 3-5 working days.

Q: Where is my order?

A: During peak times (such as Christmas), there may a slight delay in delivery times as Royal Mail have to deal with substantial amounts of mail.  This is beyond my responsibility!  If it has been more than seven working days (a working day does not include weekends or public holidays) since you placed your order, please contact me for more information.

Q: What is your returns policy?

A: Unwanted item/s must be returned, unopened, within seven days of receipt.  Only then will a refund be issued.  If the item/s are faulty are damaged upon receipt, either a refund or replacement item/s will be issued at your request.  At times we may ask for proof of this damage - for example, if your packet/parcel arrives in a damaged condition, please retain a picture for evidence.

Q: How do I return my unwanted item/s?

A: Where possible, please re-use the original packaging.  Seal the packet/parcel securely using tape and mark as "Return to sender."  If you do incur any postal charges, please retain proof (such as a receipt) so we can refund you the cost of any extra postage.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: YES!  CuteLikeCherries is now international!  To make it quicker for us to process your order, please select the correct delivery tariff when ordering: European delivery (EU including Switzerland) or Worldwide (USA and rest of the world). 
       

Again, the final weight band is only applicable to very heavy orders (e.g: the Tea-for-One Sets).  All prices are inclusive of packaging and any customs paperwork.

Delivery times are as follows: European delivery takes between 5-10 working days.  Worldwide delivery takes 7-14 working days.  Delivery times are also dependant upon your domestic postal services.
